The quote wasn't going to bring everything back the way it was prior to the incident and they were not willing to do it. After hearing a lot of positive comments we decided to ask Precision Roofing for a quote. Nick, with Precision Roofing, showed up, we went over what we wanted and expected. Nick took that information and provided us with a quote that meet all of our wants and desires at a very competitive price. We decided to move forward with Precision Roofing and they blew our expectations out of the water. The crew installing the roof was extremely professional. When the job was done they provided us with before and after pictures, and brought the roof up to current building code. Since this was our first time replacing a roof using insurance we didn't know what to expect. They helped walk us through the process and answer any question we could come up with. They made this process painless. In conclusion if you looking to have a roof replaced or repaired. I highly recommend reaching out to Precision Roofing. read less

Black gutters w/white downspouts. The replacement was done after the painting. The job Precision did was flawless. I waited for rain before writing this review to see how the water flows. It's a beautiful thing. They look great and work better than any gutter system I have. The downspout clean out is the best. Ariel, Doug and Jonathon are helpful, professional and good honest people. You don't need to look any further. Precision roofing and gutters are the best. read less

The crew was very prompt and efficient.  Tear off took one day and the reroof took another 1/2 day.  We are very pleased with the results.  Color of the roof is Georgetown grey. read less

Right from the start, the company was clear, communicative and timely with their services, initial inspection, and invoice information. The project manager was accessible and understanding with our questions and concerns. The crew arrived on time every day and completed the project in a timely, appropriate manner. There was a slight miscommunication issue with the gutter guards, but it was addressed and corrected quickly and successfully.
