Knoxville Plumbing was great! It wasn't an emergency, but I got a same day appointment. I received a call letting me know they were on their way. I even received a text with tracking available. Zak & Landon were awesome! They were very honest about our issue and highly recommend them!

I called on a gloomy Monday with a waterline that was leaking. Knoxville Plumbing sent David M out. He check us out and gave a a couple of options. Unfortunately none were inexpensive, but he made it as painless as possible. Installed a new line and had us working in a couple of hours. Filled in the hole flattened everything out and planted new grass.

Discovered a water main break one day before reopening our business due to an old defective pipe material called BlueMax. Highly inconvenient, but my technician David was fantastic. On site within 1 hour, accurately detected the leak with acoustic technology, prompt estimate for replacing the line, and his crew worked diligently to lay and connect a new line the next day. Great company; I would call them again anytime!

Daniel arrived as promised and replaced the pipes in the laundry room and made it ready to install the new washer. He noticed my kitchen faucet leaked and mentioned it to me.
