Had a situation with our electrical under our crawlspace. There were a number of dangerous wiring situations as the prior owners had used unqualified individuals to do electrical work. Could potentially have started a fire. Nick M from GoHero Home Services came over today and made all required repairs for a very fair price. I highly recommend this company to anyone. I cannot say enough about Mike who works with HVAC. We had some issues with a brand new unit that were just a fluke from the factory, but he absolutely made it right and was obviously very knowledgeable and skilled. Riley and Mick stopped by my home to perform a plumbing inspection on 19 Feb 2024. I found them to be highly professional and diligent. All through the process, they looked for any potential problem areas. They suggested a water softener to to prevent possible build up of calcium deposits. Thanks for the advice. Had frozen pipes, they came when they said they would. They were clean cut, professionals, cleaned up after selves and did not leave a mess. They did a great job and fixed the frozen pipes and fixed vents to keep it from happening again. They quoted me a price and final price matched. People I did not mind inviting in the home. Daniel, a knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful techician made sure I was kept advised when he was going to get to my house and I called for a repair and someone came about 5 hours later. This is always my first choice when I need a plumber. On this particular occasion, Justin & Zach came out to fix a leak and replace the water pressure control regulator. Our shower stopped working and we called a few places. They wanted to do a quick fix. Go Hero Home Services techs Jordan and Ryan came out and looked at everything, They replaced all of the pipes under the house that were old galvanized pipes. I called Hero Services to come out and check an issue where our hot water heater pilot light goes out periodically. Zach arrived right on schedule and fully checked out the hot water heater. No definitve issue was identified but he provided thoughts and info on several things to try to see if it will reduce or eliminate the problem. He was very thorough in his analysis and answered all of my questions. Nice work!

Chase, Nathaniel and Robert did an outstanding job. The septic tank service was very challenging because of the depth of the tank and the steep terrain. Chase used his camera system and located the tank. Robert and Nathaniel navigated the steep hill to dig out the tank and install the risers. They all work together which made for a strong team. Not sure what the problem is with some of the other reviews on here, but Daniel was as professional as they come, and they did a great job based on our circumstances. Repairing multiple leaks under a slab is not easy, but they found an alternate solution that the insurance company agreed with, and it worked out great.
