Very handy to have on stop shop for hvc, plumbing, and electrical. Techs are courteous and knowledgeable. The regular inspection visits have kept all the systems in good working condition and found issues before they caused a big problem. I had a main line water leak and I gave a couple of companies a call to come give me a estimate. When GoHero came out they were much lower and they have a great warranty on their work. The guys that came out were nice and professional. Since my leak was a emergency they came the next morning and completed the work. As far as the actual service went it was excellent. The fellow that emptied the septic tank did not have enough hose but did not want to tear up my yard with the truck getting closer. So he waited until I got home and I showed him where he could go. The only problem I had was that the service was cancelled several times due to problems with the truck.

Had a situation with our electrical under our crawlspace. There were a number of dangerous wiring situations as the prior owners had used unqualified individuals to do electrical work. Originally contacted concerning active leak in shower plumbing. Randy & Ryan quickly determined it was more than that. After giving me helpful suggestions, they offered to do a look around under the house. They identified an issue with a rotting gas line. Replaced gas piping and outdoor faucet. They charged $260 to unclog my toilet line, which seems high until you see how quick and hassle free they make it, and I didn't have to worry about me damaging anything myself had I attempted the same thing. I called Hero Plumbing on a Friday afternoon (when all plumbing problems occur) and they were there by 4 and done by 5:30 with our clog cleared and a plan to prevent them in the future. Jordan was very friendly, honest, professional and effective and Hero was half of the price and two hours earlier than another plumber quoted. I will keep Hero Plumbing on my list of "go-to"s for plumbing for my business and home.

They have an emergency service, we're they come out at night if you have a issue that need taking care of that night. These guys where good and very professional with my leach field install. Not so helpful with follow up after the field dirt settled where the drain pipes where installed and left small valleys in the field . If your getting leach fields put in be aware.

Amazing service and response time! We got the runaround from a lot of other companies, but Hero Services was extremely prompt and responsive. We needed a new propane line ran for a new kitchen stove. Had Hero services for around one year now , first it was our septic worked on until it was right ( it was an emergency since we were having a birthday party the next day ) now it was a clogged tube in the air conditioning unit in attic . Not sure what the problem is with some of the other reviews on here, but Daniel was as professional as they come, and they did a great job based on our circumstances. Repairing multiple leaks under a slab is not easy, but they found an alternate solution that the insurance company agreed with, and it worked out great.
